Our Company
Sky Realty is a very young Real Estate Agency but with over 150 years of combined experienced dedicated to Listings and Sales. Opened its doors in April 15, 2013 at 91 Congress Street, Newark NJ in the heart of the Ironbound section.
ASSOCIATES: All our associates are part of the Company. All of them have interests and at the end of the year on the profit sharing. Sky Realty was opened to help Realtors make more percentage in commissions, better training, less expenses out of pocket and full fill 100% commissions on their pocket.
Sky Realty is growing steady, and in a couple months, more Agents join our Company. We are now 24 Realtors, with 2 office assistants, and we are growing with our New Different Concept in Real Estate Businesses. Come and join our team.
With a great reputation, Mr. Filipe Viegas is also the Founder, Broker of Record, Sales-Trainer and C.E.O. for Sky Realty & ASSOCIATES.
As a former Top Producer and with over 1,300 successful deals in Sales and Listings in the past 23 years, Mr. Filipe Viegas has won from The NJAR®(Platinum awards, gold and silver), as well International awards (30 Wards of the Year), (282 Awards of The Month), plus lots of compliments and recommendations. He also trains all new Agents in the Company for them to be successful and to improve their skills. That’s why he is our Couch, Trainer and Mentor.
